Our team will coordinate, assess, and manage all tenders and bids of sub-trades on behalf of the client. We manage the day-to-day performance of the trades and overall site management and coordination for all stakeholders involved.
We create communication guidelines that aligns with the client and the consultants needs. This is done through both formal meetings to provide structured review and management of milestones along with informal updates with invitations to walk your site with our staff. We provide regular status updates to manage expectations and communicate forward looking risks and forecasts amongst stakeholders.
We leverage our deep rooted relationships with trades and suppliers to ensure the client is being provided the best possible value for their resources. Through accurate estimating and tracking of costs we are better able to forecast and communicate variances in advance giving the client an opportunity to assess the impact and help them evaluate their options for changes.
